Oral Care Ritual
Unlock Radiant Oral Health with Our Ayurvedic Bundle!
Experience the benefits of ancient wisdom with our Oil Pulling and Tongue Cleaning set. Oil pulling is a time-honored Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil through your teeth to promote overall oral health. By incorporating this simple routine, you can strengthen gums, brighten teeth, eliminate plaque, and help expel toxins from your body.
Complement your oil pulling with tongue cleaning, a vital daily tradition in Ayurveda. This practice, ideally performed with a copper tongue scraper known for its potent antiseptic properties, removes unwanted toxins and residues from the tongue. It not only combats bad breath but also stimulates your taste buds and enhances digestion by eliminating ama, or toxins.
Our ultimate oral hygiene set includes:
- 1 x 8oz Mint Pulling Oil: Refreshing and effective for daily use.
- 1 x Copper Tongue Cleaner: Antimicrobial and durable for optimal results.
- 1 x Cloth Travel Pouch: Convenient and stylish for on-the-go oral care.

How To Use
Oil Pulling: Vigorously swish and pull 1-2 teaspoons of oil around your mouth and in-between your teeth. Continue this practice for 5 to 20 minutes to promote optimal oral health.
Copper Tongue Cleaner: This daily ritual is best done first thing in the morning, prior to eating or drinking. Hold the tongue cleaner on either side and extend your tongue out of your mouth to inspect for a coating. Place the tongue cleaner towards the back of your tongue and gently scrape the ama (or film) forward and out of your mouth. Rinse the tongue cleaner to remove the ama and repeat until your tongue is clean. Follow with PAAVANI Oil Pulling Oil for enhanced oral care.
