Shipping policy

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our headquarter in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, where we formulate and manufacture our entire line.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
We cannot guarantee a date of arrival.
Orders placed with our FREE Standard Shipping option typically take 5-8 business days to arrive once processed and shipped out.

We also offer FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $200.00 - applied automatically at checkout, no promo code is needed.
Orders under $200.00 can be shipped via the Standard method for $9.50.
Orders placed with the Standard Shipping option are usually delivered within 2-4 business days.

All in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days.
Personal AM and PM Face Oils are processed within 3-5 business days since they are made to order.

What about express shipping? 
We offer $25.00 flat rate Express Shipping. 
All in-stock items placed after 1 pm EST ship the next business day and do not include weekend delivery.
Preparation of Personal AM and PM Face Oils is prioritized, but at least 2-3 business days are still needed since they are made to order.

Where is my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
 
Do you ship to the P.O. box?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS.

Do you charge a sales tax? 
We are located in Pennsylvania and charge a sales tax on orders only shipped within our state. We do not charge sales taxes when orders are shipped to any other American state or territory. 

Do you ship Internationally?
We are currently working on the Worldwide shipping solution and planning to start shipping overseas in early November 2021. Please check back soon!
