Return Policy
At Oil Divine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our return policy below:
How to Return a Product
1. Contact Customer Service:
Email us at support@oildivine.com to start your return. We need to approve the return before you send it back.
2. Fill Out the Return Form:
Complete the return form and include it with your product in the return package. Returns without the form cannot be processed.
3. Get a Shipping Label:
Use a shipping label of a carrier of your choice. Alternatively, you can visit vipparcel.com to print a discounted USPS or UPS label. No setup or monthly fees are required.
4. Pack and Ship:
Pack the product securely, attach the shipping label, and send it back to us. The return must reach us within 2 weeks from approval to get a full refund.
5. Wait for Your Refund:
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund (product cost only). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-Store & Online
Oil Divine Products
We stand behind the quality of Oil Divine products. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days as long as the product is at least 75% full. We’ll be happy to issue a refund once the return is processed.
Other Brand Products
For products from other brands, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the product has been opened, used, or damaged in any way, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.

We are not responsible for any issues with orders sent to forwarding companies. If your package is lost or damaged after being received by a forwarder, please contact them directly.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased through OilDivine.com. Products from third-party retailers, beauty salons, or other sellers cannot be returned to us.
To ensure fairness, we monitor return and refund requests and reserve the right to limit or decline returns if our policies are not followed. Any decisions made regarding misuse are final, but we’ll always inform you if we need to refuse a return. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any questions.
If you receive a damaged or missing item, or if your package is missing, please contact us right away at support@oildivine.com. For missing packages marked “delivered,” we need 5 business days to file a claim before sending a replacement. After 30 days, we cannot assist with broken or missing items without a photo of the damage and a return of the damaged package.
