Scoop the balm with the spatula and apply directly to dry skin. Massage all over your face, even your eyes, in circular motions until you feel your makeup dissolve into the balm oils. Next add warm water and watch the balm transform into a milky lather as you continue to massage. Rinse with cool water. No need to double cleanse!
